Change of mind 

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it .

we require a order number MLS#### for proof of purchase. 

 

Damaged goods Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

*Clearance products can not be returned and are none refundable sale is final

 

Missing or Lost orders

Please be sure to check with your neighbors if parcel can not be located at you residents but Australia post states that it's been delivered then contact Australia post to open a case to locate your missing order.

 

We hold no responsibility for lost or stolen orders but will do our very best to help locate your missing order.

Once your order is with Australia post it's completely out of our control.

 

It is very rare for a parcel to get lost during shipment but theft is a more likely option to occur from your place of residents.

 

*Please monitor the tracking details to know when to expect your order. You can do this via the email we send to you with tracking details once your order is shipped. Please check your junk folder if you can't locate the email. 

 

 

Late or missing refund payments (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melbourne.lashsupplies@hotmail.com

 

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or contacting us about purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Training courses 

Terms and Conditions for our in training courses.

Once you enrol we begin the process and preparation of your course. If you require to change your date we can do that. We do need 14 days notice. There will be no fee.

If you require a refund for any reason and request 48 hours before your training commences we do withhold 50% of your course cost inline with the  ACCC.
